The formula still works!

Thanks to all our generous donors and supporters the 2017 sale held in April was, yet again, a huge success yielding an enormous £25,000 PROFIT – this will help a huge number of children in both the UK and around the world.

This sale is an unique kind of fundraising event run by the Petersfield branch of Save the Children as well as being our biggest event of our year. For three days, Petersfield Festival Hall is filled with a huge selection of quality clothing and household goods on sale at good-as-new prices–many of them brand new with tags and some with designer labels. The new layout for the sale and the “designer room” continue to be very popular with all visitors.

We are already planning next year’s Big Sale – make a note of the dates:

16th – 21st April 2018

Later this year we will publish more details of times etc. but we hope to see you again whether as a customer at the sale or as a donor. We are enormously grateful to all those kind folk who volunteer and come as ‘worker bees’, giving up a lot of time to make this such a successful event. This year we clocked up 153 volunteers which is amazing – and there is always room for more. Do let us know if you would like to join the merry band.

Here some of the Commmittee are with local MP Damian Hinds and the Petersfield mayor, James Deane who visited our sale.

We are of course hugely grateful to all our sponsors who make an enormous difference to our profit.

In particular we would like to thank Reeves for their continuing tremendous support.
